针布齿条表面化学沉积Ni-P-SiC复合镀层的耐磨性研究
Work over Abrasion Resistance of the Composite Coating Chemical Deposited with Nickel-phosphorous-Silicon for Card Wires
【摘要】 对针布齿条表面化学沉积Ni P SiC复合镀层的耐磨性进行了研究,结果表明:Ni P SiC复合镀层具有弥散强化、沉淀强化和固溶强化三重强化机制;齿条表面Ni P SiC复合镀层可以大幅度提高针布的耐磨性,并有利于对纤维的梳理。
【Abstract】 Analysis is done to the abrasion resistance of the composite coating chemical deposited with nickel-phosphorous-silicon for card wires.Conclusion is made that the composite coating chemical deposited with nickel-phosphorous-silicon has three mechanisms,say,reinforcement of dispersion,deposition reinforcement,solution reinforcement.The composite coating chemical deposited with nickel-phosphorous-silicon can enhance markedly the wear resistance of card wires and helpful in fiber carding.
