冻结富水氢氧化铝污泥的融解工艺研究

【摘要】 基于冻结污泥融解过程的热量衡算,建立一个测定污泥水分冻结率的简便方法,并测得冷冻到-5℃的富水氢氧化铝污泥水分平均冻结率为67.1%.在此基础上,估算出污泥融解的极限条件,并进一步获得由融解水起始温度与用量分别计算融解时间和融解水结束温度等融解工艺条件的两个经验关联式,偏差范围分别为11.8%和11.7%,为冻结富水氢氧化铝污泥融解工艺的工业设计和操作提供了依据.

【Abstract】 A convenient way of determining the freezing percentage of frozen sludge through heat conservation of thawing were established. In this way, the average freezing percentage of water-richen aluminum hydroxide sludge which was frozen to -5℃ was about 67.1%. Based on the experimental results, the limited thawing conditions were estimated. Besides, two empirical equations were developed for calculating the thawing time and the final equilibrium temperature of thawing water form the initial temperature and volume of thawing water, respectively, which could aid in the industrial design and operation of thawing process.
