液压泵性能测试的计算机智能控制方法研究
Research on computer intelligent control of the hydraulic pump performance test
【摘要】 基于机、电、液一体化计算机智能控制的思想,对福州大学液压件厂现有的液压泵性能试验台进行了全面的改进.该试验台的驱动系统采用交流变频调速技术,加载部分采用先进的步进式数字溢流阀进行加载.整个系统具有计算机集成化程度高、控制精度高等优点.
【Abstract】 This paper improved the present hydraulic pump performance experiment stand of the hydraulic factory of Fuzhou University, based on the idea of computer intelligent control of mechanical, electric and fluid integration. The technology of variable frequency speed governing was used in the driving system of the experiment stand. And the advanced stepping digital overflow valve was adopted in the part of loading. The whole system had the merits of high computer integration and high control precision.
