以PAN超滤膜为基膜的复合膜制备与性能表征

【摘要】 以聚丙烯腈(PAN)超滤膜为基膜,哌嗪(PIP)和均苯三甲酰氯(TMC)为单体,采用界面聚合法制备复合膜,并对其性能进行表征.在0.30MPa的压力下,复合膜对维生素B12和MgSO4的截留率分别为90.0%和77.8%.根据界面聚合反应原理研究了复合膜的成膜规律,探索了单体浓度、酸接受剂用量及后处理温度等对膜分离性能的影响.通过环境扫描电镜观察复合膜的表面形态及断面结构.

【Abstract】 A polypiperazine-amide composite nanofiltration(NF) membrane was prepared by the interfacial polymerization of piperazine(PIP) with trimesoyl chloride(TMC) and triethylamine on the surfaces of microporous PAN supports. And their performances such as pure water flux, rejection of vitaminyB12 and MgSO4 were characterized. The results showed that the rejections for VitaminyB12 and MgSO4 were 90.0% and 77.8%, respectively, and the pure water flux was 2.0?L/m2·h at 0.30?MPa. In the paper, the rules to form composite membrane were studied according to principles of interfacial polymerization. The effects of the concentrations of monomers, base and the post-treatment temperature on the separating performance were also investigated. The cross section and surface morphological structure of composite membrane were obtained by using ESEM.
