【摘要】 为观察糖尿病引发股骨头缺血性坏死大鼠的血液流变学特性 ,采用腹腔内 1次注射 60 mg/kg体重链脲佐菌素的方法 ,建立速发型 STZ-DM模型 ,进行血液流变学等指标的测定 ,结果 STZ-DM大鼠存在全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集率、红细胞压积、纤维蛋白原升高的特点 ,而红细胞变形指数则显著降低 ,说明糖尿病时血液呈高粘滞状态 ,血流变性的改变是糖尿病可能引发股骨头缺血性坏死的重要原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the hemorheological characteristic of avascular necrosis of the femoral head caused by diabetes.Using streptozotocin intraperitoneal inject rats one time with the dose of 60mg/kg to establish accurate STZ-DM models,then determine hemorheological indexes.It showed that there was an increase of total blood low and high viscosity、plasma viscosity、red blood cell packing fraction、HCT and fibrinogen,whereas the red blood cell deformation index decreased significantly,which certificates the blood is in extreme tenacious condition in diabetes patients.The denaturalization of blood flow could be one of the important reasons that diabetes can cause avascular necrosis of the femoral head.更多还原
