【摘要】 探讨黄连等 4味中药在 Hp体外培养过程中对细菌形态、尿素酶和触酶活性 ,以及药物敏感性的影响。采用非致死量含药和无药 ,固体和液体培养。油镜观察细菌形态 ,同时测定尿素酶和触酶活性 ,以及 MIC值。结果显示 :随着培养的进行 ,Hp形态发生改变 ,由典型 S或多螺旋形→杆状或断痕杆状→短杆 ,短弧 ,细杆状→球形 ,与无药组比较 ,药物加快了这种变异 ;中药不会使触酶和尿素酶活性丧失 ;与中药接触一段时间的细菌 ,对该药仍敏感更多还原

【Abstract】 To discuss the effect of 4 herbals such as coptis chinensis to Hp′s morphous?urase and catalase activity and drug sensitivity during Hp′s in vitro culture process.Using herbal containing group and non-herbal containing cultured by solid and liquid medium as contrast.It was showed that comparing with non-herbal containing group,herbals fastened the change of Hp′s morphous,the regularity is typical S or poly-helix→rod shape or ruptured trace twist→short rod,short arc,slim rod→globular.Herbals will not make catalase and urase lost their activity.Bacteria which contact with herbals for some time was still sensitive to those herbals.更多还原
