【摘要】 观察以强脾补精化瘀益智法组成的强脾补精化瘀益智胶囊对多发梗塞性痴呆的临床疗效。将符合中西医诊断标准及中医辨证属脾肾两虚兼气滞血瘀者 1 1 0例 ,随机分为试验组 5 6例 ,治以强脾补精化瘀益智胶囊 ,对照组 5 4例 ,治以脑复康。治疗 3个月后 ,进行疗效评估 ,同时检测患者 LPO、SOD的变化。结果 :试验组总有效率达 76.79%,而对照组总有效率 5 0 %;试验组 MID患者治疗后的 SOD活性明显高于对照组 ,血清 LPO明显低于对照组 ,2组比较 ,差异有非常显著性意义。结论 :强脾补精化瘀益智胶囊对 MID有很好的防治作用 ,其清除自由基、减轻缺血性脑损伤的作用是防治 MID的作用机理之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the therapeutic effect of Qiang Pi Bu Jing Hua Yu Yi Zhi capsule based on invigorating the spleen,filling up the essence,dissipating blood stasis and growing in intelligence method to multi-infarct dementia(MID).110 cases which accorded with the diagnostic standards of TCM and WM and belong to the asthenia type of both the spleen and kidney together with qi-stagnancy and blood stasis type were randomly divided into experimental group(56 cases,treated with Qiang Pi Bu Jing Hua Yu Yi Zhi capsule)and contrast group(54 cases,treated with Piraceta).Then the changes of SOD?LPO after 3 months treatment were assayed.It showed the total effective rate of experimental group was 76.79%,while contrast group was 50%;there were obvious higher SOD activity and lower LPO content in experimental group’s MID patients.The difference was significant between two groups.It was convinced that Qiang Pi Bu Jing Hua Yu Yi Zhi capsule had good preventive and therapeutic effect to MID,it could clean up free radicals and alleviate ischemic brain injury,which might be one of the mechanisms of its function of preventing and treating MID.更多还原
