【摘要】 为观察补骨合剂对骨髓基质细胞 ( MSC)增殖的影响 ,采用贴壁分离筛选法对 MSC进行形态学观察、生长曲线分析 ,用 MTT法检测补骨合剂对 MSC增殖的影响 ,结果发现补骨合剂刺激 MSC增殖与药物浓度有关 ,浓度为 1 0 0 μg/ml时达到最大效应 ,说明补骨合剂可以直接刺激 MSC增殖 ,使成骨细胞转化的数量增加 ,从而促进骨的形成更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the influence of Bu Gu mixture on the proliferation of marrow stroma cells (MSC),detect morphologic characteristics of MSC,analyze its growth curve by adherent separation screening method,examine the influence of Bu Gu mixture to the proliferation of MSC by MTT method.It was found out that the stimulus of MSC proliferation by Bu Gu mixture is related to the concentration,and the maximal effect will be obtained at the concentration of 100 μg/ml.It was implied that Bu Gu mixture could directly stimulate the proliferation of MSC and increased the transformation of osteoblasts,hence improved the formation of bone.更多还原
