【摘要】 观察保肾口服液对 Ig A肾病小鼠 T细胞 3H-Td R掺入及其分泌 IL-2水平的影响 ,结果表明低、中、高 3种浓度的保肾口服液均能显著促进 Ig A肾病小鼠的自发性和 Con A刺激的 T细胞 3H-Td R掺入 ,促进 T细胞合成 ,分泌 IL-2 ,提前给药作用相同。提示保肾口服液有显著增强 Ig A肾病小鼠细胞免疫功能的作用更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the influence which the Protecting Kidney Oral Liquid exerts to the level on T cell H TdR incorporation and secreting IL 2 of suffering IgA nephrophy mice.The results showed that the Oral Liquid whether it is the high,middle or low concentration of the three species,can notably facilitate the idiophathetic and ConA inciting T cell incorporation of the IgA nephrotic mice,facilitate the T cell proliferation and secretion of IL 2.Giving drug in advance,the action is identical.It showed that the function of the Protecting Kidney Oral Liquid that can significantly enhance the cellular immunocompetence of the IgA nephrotic mice.更多还原
