【Abstract】 The paper discusses the uncertainties occurring in the process of insulation resistance testing of electric cables and wires with the voltmeter-ammeter method. Factors causing those uncertainties include the repetition of measure, the uneven absorbability and polarizability of the insulated medium of electric cables and wires, and the measuring procedure itself. In addition, the paper provides example, in which the compositive standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty are calculated in testing the insulated resistance of electric cables and wires under 70 degree centigrade.更多还原
