【摘要】 从为读者服务的角度 ,就信息化服务的理念、内容和手段 ,以及对搞好信息化服务人才素质的培养等问题进行了探讨 .

【Abstract】 In order to serve the readers in an all-round way, this paper discusses the idea, contents and means of information service and also the cultivation of the the personnel qualities.
