电子束辐照制备纳米银(英文)
Synthesis of silver nano-particles by EB irradiation
【摘要】 在水溶液中,常温常压下不加入任何催化剂,用电子加速器辐照作为一种新的方法可以成功制备出纳米银。我们利用XRD、TEM、UV、DSC来分别表征材料的结构、形貌、大小、光学特性以及材料的熔点。TEM图像证明颗粒大小为30nm,这与XRD实验通过Scherer理论公式计算的结果相一致。
【Abstract】 A new electron beam method has been successfully developed to prepare silver nano-particles at room temperature and ambient pressure, without any kind of catalysts. The structure, morphology, size, optical properties and the melting point have been characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer (UV-vis) and differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) were utilized to character- ize the product. TEM results show that the average size of silver nano-particles is about 30nm in agreement with the calculated value size from XRD using Scherer formula.
