多巴胺在咖啡酸修饰电极上的电化学行为

【摘要】 研究了咖啡酸修饰玻碳电极的制备及其电化学性质,测定了电极反应的动力学常数。实验结果表明,在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上产生一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与DA浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol/L范围内良好线性关系,检出限为9.0×10-7mol/L。该修饰膜对DA有增敏作用,可望用于DA的测定。

【Abstract】 The preparation and electrochemical properties of caffeic acid(CFA) modified glassy carbon(GC) electrode were investigated. The electrochemical parameters such as charge transfer coefficient (α) and standard electron transfer rate constant (ks) between caffeic acid and the GC electrode were estimated. It was shown that the modified electrode exhibited a significant catalytic effect toward the oxidation of dopamine in pH 7.0 phosphate buffer solution. A well-defined redox wave of dopamine (DA) at the modified electrode was observed. The oxidation peak of DA was used for the determination of DA. The linear range of DA was 5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4 (mol/L) with the detection limit of 9.0×10-7 mol/L.
