【Abstract】 A RP-HPLC-APCI-IT-MS method for the determination of chloramphenicol in chicken was described.The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,using methanol -ammonium acetate in water(40∶60 in volume ratio)as the mobile phase. The samples were separated with a zorbax eclipese XDB C18 column, and analysed by LC/MS with negative chemical ion detection. The detection limit was 0.1 μg/L.更多还原
