正交试验设计法研究DApMM试剂与锰(Ⅳ)的显色反应
Orthogonal design on colour reaction of Mn(Ⅳ) with diantipyryl-(p-methoxy)-phenyl methane
【摘要】 以正交试验设计法研究了二安替比林对甲氧基苯基甲烷(DApMM)试剂吸光光度法测定微量锰的最佳显色体系。最大吸收波长λmax=450nm,摩尔吸光系数ε=6.82×104L·mol-1·cm-1。锰的质量浓度在0~2 0μg mL内符合比尔定律,方法已用于铝合金中锰的测定。
【Abstract】 The optimum conditions of the colour reaction of diantipyryl-( p -methoxy)-phenyl methance with Mn(Ⅳ) were studied with orthogonal design in this paper. The molar absorptivity was 6.82×104 L·mol-1·cm-1 at 450 nm. Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0~2.0 μg/mL for Mn. The proposed method was appalied to the determination of Mn(Ⅳ) in the sample of aluminum alloy with satisfactory results.
