【Abstract】 This text is based on Recommendation H.263,the author emphatically studied half pixel precision motion estimation and PB-frame work mode.By programming with C++ language,the author carded out simulation analysis of the algorithm and then verify it.Result shows:half pixel precision motion estimation and PB-frame work mode not only can improve video encoding quality;but also can raise the compression ratio greatly thus promoting the development of PSIN network video transmission technique.更多还原
