甚低码率视频信号压缩编码技术
Technique of very low bit rate video compression encoding
【摘要】 针对电话线低码率传输的视频监控工业环境,基于 H.263 标准,提出了一种新的视频压缩编码方法,即在帧内编码 DCT 变换后的系数量化策略上,采用量化表的方法来替代视频图像帧内编码的常规处理方法,在帧间编码的预测算法上,采用了半像素精度运动估计和 PB-帧工作模式。通过 C++编程,对该算法进行了仿真分析。结果表明该算法不但提高了系统的运行速度;而且提高了图象压缩比。
【Abstract】 In view of video monitoring industry environment of low bit rate transmission of telephone wire, based on H.263 standandard the article puts forward a new method of video compression technique, that is, with the tactics of quantifying coefficient which is transferred by DCT encoding in the inner-frame. Adopt the method is used of quantifying form to replace the routine processing method of video image inner-frame encoding. In the prediction algorithm of the inter-frame encoding, the author uses half pixel precision motion estimation and PB-frame work mode. Then by programming with C++ language ,the author carried out simulation analyses about the algorithm.The result shows that the algorith not only improve the speed of system,but also improve the image compression ratio.
