【Abstract】 The separation of pterins by paper chromatography using isopropanol-ammonia liquor-water (15:9:6, V/V) as developing solvent was studied in this article. Based on the difference of fluorescence property of xanthopterin from others, Xanthopterin was determined in the human urine. The fluorescence intensity of xanthopterin was proportional to the elution amount over the range of 0 to 0.6μg. The linear regression equation was Y=14.2934X-0.0742, with linear correlation coefficient of 0.9990. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of xanthopterin in the human urine samples.更多还原
