对甲苯胺衍生高效液相色谱法测定夏桑菊中熊果酸的含量
Determination of Ursolic Acid in Xiasangju by HPLC after Pre-derivazation with p-Toluidine
【摘要】 建立了柱前衍生高效液相色谱紫外可见检测夏桑菊中熊果酸的分析方法。在CS2介质中用对甲苯胺衍生熊果酸,于C18柱上,以pH=6.2的甲醇 水(80∶20,V/V)为流动相,290nm检测衍生物,熊果酸在0.3~30.0mg/L范围内与色谱峰高呈良好线性关系,r=0.9986,检出限为2.46μg/L。平均回收率为101.2%(n=5),相对标准偏差为2.5%。方法易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
【Abstract】 The method of the HPLC determination of ursolic acid in Xiasangju was developed using methanol-water (80∶20,V/V) containing 10 mmol/L pH 6.2 HAc-NaAc buffer as the mobile phase with the detection at 290 nm. The ursolic acid was linear over the range of 0.3~30.0 mg/L(r=(0.9987)). The detection limit was 2.46 μg/L. The average recovery was 101.2%(n=5). The method is accurate and suitable for the qualify control.
