【Abstract】 A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of rutin was proposed. The method was based on the catalysis of rutin to the discoloring reaction of rhodamine 6G oxidized by potassium peridate solutions. The optimum conditions and kinetic parameters were studied in detail. The linear range was 0.02～1.5 μg/mL. The detection limit was 1.0×10^-8 g/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace rutin in pharmacertical preparation.更多还原
