南海黄蜂海绵中系列长链甲基酮成分分析
Analysis of a Series of 2-Ones from the Marine Sponge Spheciospongia Vagabunda from South China Sea
【摘要】 从中国南海海绵SpheciospongiaVagabunda乙酸乙酯萃取部分中分离出一组混合物,应用1HNMR,13CNMR,HHCOSY和GC/MS等光谱分析技术对它们的结构进行了分析,主要为一些长链甲基酮化合物。共鉴定出二十四碳烯2酮异构体、二十四碳二烯2酮和二十四碳烯2酮等14种化合物,其中4种化合物的双键位置有待于进一步确定。
【Abstract】 Fourteen methyl ketones , such as isomer of tetracosene-2-one, m,-n-dien-2-tetracosanone and ~tetracosene-2-one etc , were isolated from the marine sponge Spheciospongia Vagabunda collected from the South China Sea. Their chemical structures were identified by ~ 1H nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), ~ ~13 C NMR, ~H-H correlation spectrometry and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The position of double bond of four unsaturated methyl ketones is under confirmation.
