凝胶渗透色谱和固相萃取净化气相色谱分离组合法测定糙米中的残留农药
Determination of Pesticides in Unpolished Rice by a Combined Approach of Gel Permeation Chromatography and Solid Phase Extraction Purification and Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 提出糙米中 38种有机氯农药、拟除虫菊酯和多氯联苯残留量的同时测定方法。用乙酸乙酯提取 ,凝胶渗透色谱和固相萃取净化 ,气相色谱 电子俘获检测 ,外标法定量。 3个添加水平的平均回收率分别为77 3、81.4和 83.8% ;相对标准偏差 3.8%~ 13.9%。有机氯农药和多氯联苯检出限为 0 .0 7μg/kg ;拟除虫菊酯的检出限为 0 .4 μg/kg。检测方法简便省时 ,自动化程度高 ,稳定可靠。
【Abstract】 A simultaneous determination method was presented for 38 organochlorines, pyrethriods and polychlorinated biphenyl congeners (PCBs) in unpolished rice samples,which were purified by gel permeation chromatogrpahy (GPC) and solid phase extraction (SPE), and analyzed by gas chromatography with electron capture detection. The recoveries of 3 standard addition levels are 77.3%, 81.4% and 83.8 %, respectively, and the relative standard deviation is between 3.8% and 13.9 %. The detection limits are 0.07 mg/kg for organochlorines and PCBs, and 0.4 mg/kg for pyrethriods.
