加压溶剂萃取法萃取大气颗粒物中的烷烃

【摘要】 建立了一种小体积中压中温 (332 μL ,2~ 8MPa ,1 0 0~ 2 0 0℃ )液体萃取大气颗粒物中烷烃的方法。研究了萃取时间、温度、压强及溶剂量对萃取效率的影响。检出限为 2~ 1 2ng/m3 ,重复性的相对标准偏差在0 .8%~ 1 0 .5 %之间

【Abstract】 A pressurized liquid micro extraction (PLE) method was developed and evaluated for the extraction of alkanes in particulate matter (PM 10 ). The extraction was performed in a stainless steel cell of 0.5 mL in volume at 50~200°C. Variables affecting factors such as the extraction time, temperature and total solvent volume on the extraction efficiency were studied and optimized. The extracts were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector. In column injection technique was employed to inject 5 μL extracts in order to reduce the detection limit. Comparative study between the PLE and ultrasonic extraction (UE) shows that the PLE is superior to that of UE both in efficiency and time. The detection limit is 2~12 ng/m 3 with relative standard deviation between 0.8% and 10.5%.
