【摘要】 采用顶空气相色谱法测定氢钴胺 (VB12 )中丙酮溶剂的残留量 ,通过实验选择了最佳平衡时间 (6 0min)和最佳平衡温度 (6 0℃ )。用单位标准加入法定量 ,多点标准加入法对该方法的准确性进行验证 ,检出限4× 10 -7g/L。丙酮含量在 0～ 30 0 μg范围内峰面积与丙酮含量之间呈良好的线性关系。该方法简单、快速 ,实用性强。更多还原

【Abstract】 A headspace gas chromatographic method for the determination of residual solvent of acetone in vitamin B_ 12 was established. The optimum conditions of equilibrium time (60 min) and equilibrium temperature (60℃) were shosen by experiment. Qualitative analysis by standard addition mehtod of single dot with FFAP pack column and was verfied by many dots standard addition method. The minimum detectable quality was 4×10 -7 g/L. There is an excellent linearity between peak and quantity of acetone in the range of 0～300 μg. Relative recovery was 98.8% with RSD 0.6%. This method is simple rapid and available.更多还原
