反相高效液相色谱法测定葛根素和大豆苷元

【摘要】 利用反相高效液相色谱法 ,配以二极管阵列检测器测定了心可舒片中的葛根素和大豆苷元 ,建立了一种心可舒片的质量控制方法。色谱柱为C1 8柱 ,流动相为乙腈和 0 .0 2mol/L磷酸二氢钾 ,柱温为 2 5℃ ,流速为 0 .8mL/min ,梯度洗脱 ,检测波长为 2 5 0nm。葛根素和大豆苷元的平均回收率分别为 97.3%和 1 0 1 .4 % ;RSD为 0 .6 %和 1 .9%。

【Abstract】 A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatographic method with diode array detection was established for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicinal preparation, Xinkeshu tablet. Puerarin and daidzein in Xinkeshu tablet were separated by gradient elution with acetonitrile/0.02 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate as mobile phase at the flow rate of 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was controlled at 25℃ and the wavelength of detector was set at 250 nm. The detection limits of puerarin and daidzein were 0 1 and 0.03 mg/L, respectively. The average recoveries of puerarin and daidzein were 97.3% and 101 4%, RSD were 0.6% and 1.9% ( n =6), respectively.
