【Abstract】 Method for the determination of nimodipine, based on the inhibition of the chemiluminescence (CL) reaction between cerium(Ⅳ) and sulphite, has been developed. The CL intensity is proportional to the concentration of nimodipine in the range of 0.5～10 mg/L (r=0.9990) and 10～90 mg/L (r=0.9968) . The recovery is 98.3%～103.2%. The detection limit is 0.085 mg/L and relative standard deviation is 1 8%.更多还原
