萃取催化光度法间接测定水中痕量硫离子

【摘要】 研究了在pH 5 .5的HAc NaAc缓冲溶液介质中 ,利用不同硫离子对Fe 催化H2 O2 氧化邻氨基酚显色反应的作用不同 ,用萃取平衡控制反应时间和水相中邻氨基酚的浓度及反应程度 ,通过测量 4 2 4nm下有机相的吸光度 ,建立了萃取催化光度法间接测定水中痕量硫离子的新方法。方法的线性范围为 :0 .5~ 9.0μg/L,9.0~ 2 8.0 μg/L ,检出限为 :1.3× 10 -7g/L。用于水样中硫化物的测定 ,结果满意

【Abstract】 A new extraction-catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the indirect determination of trace sulfide was studied. The method is based on sulfide on the reaction of iron catalytic oxidation of o-aminophenol by hydrogen peroxide in weak acidic medium at pH 5.5. The reaction time, concentration of o-aminophenol in aqueous phase and degree of reaction were controlled by extraction equilibrium. The absorbance of organic phase was measured at 424 nm. The linear range of the determination is 0.5~9.0 μg/L,9.0~28.0 μg/L. The detection limit is 1.3×10 -7 g/L. The method has been applied to the determination of trace sulfide in water with satisfactory results.
