【摘要】 采用文献法、调查法、比较分析法,对进驻福州地区大学城4所主要大学体育人力资源进行了调查研究,以求提升大学体育人力资源全方位的优化与整合,实现大学城体育人力资源的共享。结果表明:福州地区大学城具有良好的体育人力资源,师资力量强,学科门类齐全;建立大学体育联盟,构建网络化、共享化的体育课程系统,实现学生体育课程"三自"模式,是全面提升高等学校体育教育质量的保证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adopted document-research methods, questionnaire methods, comparison-analysis methods has done some research into the personnel of sports of main four universities in FuZhou’s Department of civil.In order to promote the optimiztion and integration of personnel of sports omnidirectionally and fulfil the share of personnel of sports. The result is that:the departmendt of civil has obtained the excellent personnel,the teaching staff is good and the subjects are overall.
