福建省城市社区老年体育健身现状调查与分析
Investigation and Analysis on the Cument Situation of the Old People’s Physical Training in the City Communities of Fujian Province.
【摘要】 采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈等研究方法,对福建城市社区老年体育健身活动的现状进行调研,并对其进行科学性和健康性分析,找出存在的问题,提出相应的对策和建议。
【Abstract】 Using the methods of questionaire,documents and materials,interviews and other research methods,the paper investigates the current situation of the old people’s physical training in the city communities in Fujian.Then,the paper analysises the scientificalness and being wholesome of this situation,finds out the existing problems and puts forward appropriate suggestions.
