8-羟基喹啉铜纳米粉体的制备及表征
Preparation and Characterization of 8-Quinolinol Copper Nano-powder
【摘要】 溶液结晶是一个比较复杂的多相传热、传质过程,溶剂组成在其中起着重要的作用。有些溶剂可以抑制晶体生长,有些则可以促进生长,还有通过对某些晶面作用来改变晶形。采用适当的溶剂对化学沉淀法制备的8-羟基喹啉铜进行重结晶,得到了疏松的8-羟基喹啉铜纳米粉体。XRD和TEM分析表明,重结晶后8-羟基喹啉铜的晶形发生了显著变化,其晶粒尺寸大大减小,为70nm左右。
【Abstract】 Crystallization from solution is a complex multi-phase transfer process of heat and mass, in which the composition of solvent plays a very important role. The solvent may inhibit or promote the crystal growth or change the crystal morphology by selective effect on different crystal faces. Mono-surer dispersed 8-quinolinol copper(QC) nano-powder is obtained by recrystallizing the QC powder prepared by chemical precipitation. It is showed by XRD and TEM that the nano-powder is consisted of uniform spherical particles with 70 nm in size and the crystal morphology of the QC nano-powder is remarkably changed after recrystallization.
