碳钢材料在573K水介质和空气中疲劳性能的研究
LOW CYCLE FATIGUE PROPERTY OF CARBON STEEL IN HIGH TEMPERATURE WATER AND AIR
【摘要】 研究了国产碳钢材料在573K、溶解氧浓度5μg/kg至8mg/kg的水介质和573K空气中的疲劳性能。疲劳试验是在应变控制模式下进行,试验条件是三角波形、应变速率1×10-3s-1以及总应变0.5%~2.4%。试验后用扫描电镜观察试样断面。试验结果表明,在溶解氧浓度大的情况下,溶解氧浓度对试样的疲劳寿命有明显的影响;溶解氧浓度越大,试样断面上的二次裂纹越多。此外,所有试验数据都分布在ASME设计疲劳曲线之上,高温水介质对碳钢材料的疲劳性能有很大的影响。
【Abstract】 Low cycle fatigue property of a kind of carbon steel, which was produced in China, was investigated both in air and in water with dissolved oxygen concentration from 5μg/kg to 8mg/kg at 573K. Tests were conducted in strain-controlled mode, and total strain was in the range from 0.5% to 2.4%. It was found that dissolved oxygen could affect fatigue life significantly under the condition of high dissolved oxygen concentration which could cause more cleavage in the fracture surface of specimen. All the fatigue test results are scattered above the ASME design fatigue curve.
