双咪唑啉季铵盐的合成与缓蚀性能研究
SYNTHESIS AND PROPERTIES OF QUATERNARY AMMONIUM BIS-IMIDAZOLINE AS INHIBITOR
【摘要】 利用两步法合成了双咪唑啉季铵盐化合物 ,通过失重法研究了该化合物在 1g/LHCl+0 .16g/LH2 S +1g/LNaCl溶液和 10 %的盐酸溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能 ,讨论了用量、温度、时间对缓蚀性能的影响 ,并通过极化曲线和扫描电镜研究了该化合物的缓蚀机理。结果表明 ,该化合物在HCl H2 S NaCl H2 O和 10 %的盐酸腐蚀环境中对碳钢具有良好的缓蚀作用 ,是一种以阳极控制为主的混合型缓蚀剂。
【Abstract】 Quaternary ammonium bis-imidazoline was synthesized. The anti-corrosion property in HCl-H2S-NaCl and 10% HCl solutions was characterized with weight loss method. Factors such as concentration, temperature and time were discussed. The inhibiting mechanism in HCl-H2S-NaCl-H2O was investigated by means of polarization curves and SEM. Results showed that this compound attained good inhibition on corrosion of carbon steel in HCl-H2S-NaCl and 10% HCl solutions, and mainly retarded the anodic process of corrosion and belonged to a mixed-type inhibitor.
