正常生长软骨的弛豫时间测定
Measurement of T1 and T2 relaxation time in the growth cartilage
【摘要】 目的 :探讨活体乳猪骨骺软骨和生长板软骨在 1.5T磁共振机上T1 和T2 弛豫时间的差异。方法 :对 8例出生仅 2周的乳猪 ,用 1.5TGE全身MR仪 ,对双侧膝关节 (包括股骨下段和胫骨上段 )进行扫描。运用多层面多回波自旋回波MR序列进行T2 弛豫时间测量 ;通过一系列反转恢复成像序列进行T1 弛豫时间测量。结果 :乳猪股骨生长板软骨的T1 值和T2 值与骨骺软骨相比有显著延长 ,两者之间的差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :生长板软骨T2 值较骨骺软骨明显延长 ,因此推测T2 值的不同主要是因为固态软骨基质内水分子被束缚和限制的状态的不同所致
【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the difference of T 1 and T 2 relaxation values between in vivo physeal and epiphyseal cartilage by using 1.5T MR scanner.Methods:16 distant femoral bone of eight normal piglet underwent 1.5 Tesla imaging.Inversion recovery series were used to measure T 1 values.T 2 values were measured with multiecho spin echo sequences.Results:T 2 was much longer in the physeal than in the epiphyseal cartilage ( P <0.05);T 1 was also much longer in the physeal than in the epiphyseal cartilage ( P <0.05).Conclusion:T 2 is longer in physeal than in epiphyseal cartilage,probably reflecting differences in water binding.
