【摘要】 目的 :测量健康人心肌各节段舒张相速度、心动周期时间 ,从而评价正常人的舒张功能。方法 :以 3 0例健康志愿者为研究对象 (年龄 2 5～ 62岁 ) ,获取标准心尖二腔、长轴、四腔彩色组织多普勒图像 ,描记心肌各节段的速度曲线 ,测量舒张相速度和时间。结果 :各室壁舒张早、晚期速度从基底段至心尖段递减 ,Em /Am比值与年龄成负相关 ,与性别无相关性。各室壁舒张时间之间差异无显著性意义。舒张速度与国外正常对照组比较差异有显著性意义。结论 :利用彩色组织多普勒定量测量技术 ,可以快速、准确、无创地评价正常成人心脏整体和局部舒张功能 ,为临床应用提供诊断依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate regional longitudinal myocardial diastolic function in healthy individuals. Methods:The subject consisted of 30 volunteers,with ages ranging from 25 to 62 years. After standard apical two chamber,apical four chamber and left ventricle long axis views were acquired,myocardial relaxation velocities and time intervals of each segment were calculated by tissue velocity imaging (TVI).Results:Early and late diastolic velocities significantly decreased from the base to apex in healthy individuals and all cardiac cyclic durations were identical.Conclusion:Tissue velocity imaging is a noninvasive, rapid, accurate and quantitative method to assess regional or global myocardial diastolic function.更多还原
