【Abstract】 With transnational retail corporations having been entering Fujian market one after another in recent years,theformer pattern of Fujian retail market has been broken and the domestic retail enterprises in Fujian province without exceptionhave been put to much trouble in varying degrees--some enterprises have been landing a predicament and some have evenbeen sifted out. In face of the high competitive pressure from the transnational retail corporations,it is an essential way for thedomestic retail enterprises in Fujian province to exist and develop to analyze the management strategies of the transnationalretail corporations and draw inspiration from it,to study to bring forth new ideas,then to compete with the transnational retailcorporations making best use of the advantage and bypassing the disadvantage.更多还原
