关于我国公司治理结构的思考
Thoughts of our Corporate Governance Structure
【摘要】 公司治理结构是当今全球关注的焦点问题。本文在公司治理结构内涵的基础上,指出了我国公司治理结构的模式,分 析了我国公司治理结构的现状,最后对完善我国公司治理结构提出了一些建议。
【Abstract】 Corporate governance structure is popular topic in the world. On the basis of connotation of corporate governance structure, the thesis points out its model, analyzes the actuality in our country and at last gives some proposes to perfect our corporate governance structure.
