均匀沉淀法制备羟基磷灰石的研究
Studies on HAP Prepared by Homogeneous Precipitation Method
【摘要】 对以硝酸钙和磷酸作为反应物,采用均匀沉淀法制备的羟基磷灰石粉体进行了研究。研究发现,硝酸钙溶液的初始浓度和粉末的煅烧温度对所制备的羟基磷灰石(HAP)的粒径、比表面积有较大的影响。采用XRD射线衍射谱、BET比表面积测试、粒径测试等分析手段,探索出较好的工艺条件,进而探讨了在形成生物陶瓷过程中,煅烧温度对HAP密度及收缩率的影响。
【Abstract】 Hydroxyapatite is prepared by homogeneous precipitation method starting from Ca(NO3)2·4H2O and H3PO4.We can observe that the initial concentration and sintering temperature have important effects on particles dimension and cortrast suface area. The better technical condition is probed through the analying measures such as XRD,IR and BET. At the same time,the relation between sintering tempertune and density and contractility is studied.
