Al2O3含量对TiB2-Al2O3陶瓷性能的影响
Influence of Al2O3 Content on Properties of TiB2-Al2O3 Ceramics
【摘要】 本文以Y2O3-La2O3为烧结助剂,通过热压烧结制备了TiB2-Al2O3复相陶瓷,研究了原料组成对材料的显微结构和力学性能的影响。实验结果表明:随Al2O3含量升高,混合原料的烧结性能提高,复相陶瓷中的晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;材料的抗弯强度随Al2O3含量的增加出现先增大后减小的趋势;当Al2O3含量为30wt%时,抗弯强度达最高值;Al2O3含量的增加会导致材料的洛氏硬度(HRA)降低。
【Abstract】 TiB2-Al2O3 Multiphase ceramics with Y2O3-La2O3 as sintering aids are fabricated by hot pressing. The sinterability of premixed powders and the effects of Al2O3 content on microstructure and mechanical properties are investigated.The results show that the sinterability of premixed powders increases and the grain size in composites decreases when Al2O3 content is rising up.The flexural strength increases first and then decreases with the increasing of Al2O3 content.The composites containing 30wt% Al2O3 show highest flexural strength,while the hardness(HRA) decreases gradually.
