矿业城市生态环境质量状况综合评价
General Assessment on the Ecological Environmental Quality of Mineral-Rich Cities
【摘要】 根据城市生态学原理和研究方法,针对矿业城市———抚顺市生态环境特点,提出了能够体现矿业城市生态环境质量主要特征的,定性、定量考核的评价指标体系。利用模糊数学和层次分析等方法,建立了矿业城市生态环境质量综合评价模型。评价结果显示,各项指标均处于差的水平,得出由于煤矿开采所造成的生态环境的破坏是制约抚顺城市生态环境可持续发展的主要因子。提出了抚顺市在城市环境综合整治工作中要以矿区土地复垦、地质灾害整治为重点,大力进行城市绿化,继续加大污染控制力度,改善城市水环境质量和空气环境质量,推行清洁生产,从而全面改善抚顺市生态环境质量。
【Abstract】 Based on urban ecological principle and research method, aimed at the eco-environment peculiarity of mineral-rich cities, index system of Fushun ecological environmental quality assessment was built to appraise the main character of mineral-rich city’s eco-environmental quality qualitativly and quantitativly. Using some methods such as fuzzy mathematics and level analysis, general assessment model of mineral-rich city’s eco-environmental quality was set up. The result shows that the depravation due to the mining is the key factor, which restricts the urban ecological sustainable development.Overall ecological environmental quality of Fushun is in poor level. So in the environmental management should place the emphasis on the restoration of vegetation and ecological reconstruction in the future. Through planting trees strengthening the pollution control ,improving the environmental quality and pushing the cleaner production, the eco-environment of Fushun will be improved in-the-round consequently.
