【摘要】 目的 :探讨了丙型肝炎患者血清中TNF、IL - 6、IL - 10水平及意义。方法 :分别应用ELISA法和放免法检测了 5 8例丙型肝炎患者血清中TNF、IL - 6、IL - 10水平 ,并与 35名正常健康人作比较。结果 :丙型肝炎患者血清中TNF、IL - 6、IL - 10水平均非常显著地高于正常人水平 (P <0 .0 1) ,肝硬化组为甚 ,且TNF与IL - 6、IL - 10呈正相关 (r =0 .6 135 ,0 .6 2 2 5 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论 :TNF、IL - 6、IL - 10在丙型肝炎病毒感染的致病机理中有一定的临床价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of the changes of serum TNF, IL-6, IL-10 levels in patients with hepatitis C. Methods The concentrations of serum IL-6, IL-10 were detected with ELISA and TNF with RIA in 58 patients with hepatitis C and 35 controls. Results Serum TNF, IL-6, IL-10 levels were significantly higher in the patients than those in controls (P<0.01), especially in cirrhotics TNF levels were positively correlated with those of IL-6, IL-10 (r=0.6135, 0.6225, P<0.01). Conclusion TNF IL-6 and IL-10 probably played important role in the pathogenesis of HCV infections.更多还原
