【Abstract】 After the establishment of Guangdong Commerce Department during the Great Revolution (1924-1927) in China, many efficient measures had been taken as follows: solving the shortage problem in rice and energy; actively backing the development of national industry and commerce; strengthening the administration of fishery and commerce; advocating free remittance in banks and trade unions; establishing public stores by collecting shares; suggesting government reforms in monetary system; protecting natural environment; thus a better economic environment was created.更多还原
