【摘要】 目的研究问题学习法 (Problem -basedLearning ,以下简称PBL)在临床护理教学中的作用。 方法实验组护生采用PBL教学法 ,对照组护生采用传统教学法 ,在实习结束前进行出科考核及问卷调查。结果出科考核成绩显示实验组在综合技能、病历书写、笔试和总分方面优于对照组 ,但在护理技术操作和口试方面两组无明显差异 ;问卷调查结果显示实验组在帮助理解和记忆、提高自学能力、培养批判性思维和创造性思维、提高病历书写能力、提高个体化护理能力等方面优于对照组 ,而在提高沟通技巧、减轻学习负担方面两组无明显差异。结论PBL适合于现代临床护理教学 ,但应根据护生的实际情况与传统教学法相结合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of problem based learning method (PBLM) for clinical nursing education. Method PBLM was adapted in experimental group, traditional teaching method was adapted in control group. Every student nurse in both group has to complete a examine and questionnaire before transferred to another department. Result There are significant difference between the two group in improving understanding and memorizing, promoting self-teaching ability, cultivating critical and creative thinking. There is no significant difference in promoting communicating skills and lightening study burden between two groups. Conclusion PBLM is suitable for modern clinical nursing education, but it’s necessary to be combined with traditional teaching method according to the actual condition of student nurse.更多还原
