【摘要】 目的调查COPD患者的自我保健意识及健康需求状况,以探讨对COPD患者进行健康教育和护理干预的合适途径及措施。方法采用调查问卷的方式,对120例COPD患者进行评估。结果大多数COPD患者对自身健康状况缺乏了解。有77.5％(93例)患者吸烟,且男性明显高于女性。患者对呼吸锻炼的重视程度不够。患者自身需要健康教育。结论对COPD患者需要进行健康教育和护理干预,以提高其生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the sense of selfcare and health requirement in patients of COPD, These findings can provid the adapative method to develop selfcare and healthe education in COPD. Methods 120 patients were ran-dom selected in this study. Result Most of COPD patients have not much knowledge to his health education. 77. 5% of the patients smoking, the number of smoking in male were significantly higher than those in famale. Respiratory exercising is not enough in most of patients in COPD. patient itself need health education.
