【摘要】 目的探讨利用颅脑降温仪进行亚低温治疗对重度颅脑损伤病人脑功能恢复的作用。方法将符合条件入院的42例病人随机分为两组,实验组采用颅脑降温仪对病人进行亚低温治疗。对照组则采用传统的方法进行亚低温治疗。比较两组病人入院7天后,脑功能及意识恢复情况。结果实验组脑功能及意识恢复情况明显优于对照组经统计学方法处理P<0.05差异有显著意义。结论颅脑降温仪的使用在加强亚低温治疗的效果,对维持体温恒定,减轻医护人员的劳动强度有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of Iow temperature therapy by an instrument for lowing the craniocerebral temperature on the recovery of brain function of serious craniocerebral injury patients. Method 42 patients were ran-domly divided into experimental and control groups, In experiment group the patients received Low temperalure therapy by an instrument for lowering the craniocerebral temperature. Patients in control group received low temperature therapy in a traditional way. The recovery of brain function and consciousness of patients in the two groups were compared several days later. Result There recovery of brain function and consciousness in experiment group is clearly better than that in the control group. The difference has statistical significance (P<0. 05). Conclusion To a certain degree, the instrument for lowering the craniocerebral temperature can strengthen the effect of Low temperature constant and reduce labor intensity of medical personnel.更多还原
