高血粘度患者静脉套管针留置时间相关性研究

【摘要】 目的探讨血液粘度对静脉套管针留置时间的影响 ,比较高血粘度患者在静脉套管针留置期间使用不同封管液封管后的再通效果 ,以遴选出适宜的浓度。方法将 1 4 0例研究对象随机分成两组 ,高血粘度组 80例和对照组 6 0例。高血粘度组分别使用生理盐水及 2 5U/ml、5 0U/ml和 75U/ml浓度肝素液封管 ,观察再通效果。结果高血粘度患者静脉套管针留置时间较对照组明显缩短 (t=1 2 .0 2 6 ,P =0 .0 0 1 ) ,采用肝素液封管后再通效果明显优于生理盐水 ;高血粘度患者用 75U/ml浓度肝素液封管后再通效果明显优于 2 5U/ml。结论临床上高血粘度患者使用静脉留置针期间宜检测血粘度 ,并宜采用肝素液封管 ,以 75U/ml浓度肝素液封管效果较好

【Abstract】 Objectives To explore the effect of blood viscosity on indwelling time in patients using intravenous remained trocar.To compare the re pass effect of sealing catheters with different tube sealing solutions in patients with hyperviscosity. Method 140 cases of patients were divided into two groups(80 cases of hyperviscosity group and 60 cases of control group).80 cases of hyperviscosity group were sealed catheters with normal saline and three di fferent heparin solutions,25 U/ml、50 U/ml and 75 U/ml,then the re pass effect of different tube sealing solutions were being observed. Results The indwelling time in patients with hyperviscosity using intravenous remained trocar was significantly shorter than the control ( t =12.026, P =0.001).The re pass effect of sealing catheters with he parin solutions,Group 25 U/ml、50 U/ml and Group 75 U/ml,were excelled the Group normal saline in patients with hyperviscosity using intravenous remained trocar.The re-pass effect in Group 75 U/ml was much better than the effect in Group 25 U/ml in patients with hyperviscosity using intravenous remained trocar. Conclusion It might be suggested that the blood lipid was being tested in patients with hyperviscosity using intravenous remained trocar.75 U/ml was the suitable heparin concentration for sealing catheters in patients with hyperviscosity.
