【摘要】 目的观察心理干预对心脏手术患者围手术期血浆促肾上腺皮质激素 (ACTH)和皮质醇 (F)的影响。方法 6 0例拟行体外循环心脏手术的患者随机分两组 :A组为对照组 ,常规护理 ;B组为观察组 ,围手术期进行综合心理干预治疗。采用放免法测定心理干预前 (手术前一天 ) (T1 )、麻醉诱导前 (T2 )、术后第 3天 (T3 )血浆ACTH、F浓度 ,监测BP、HR。结果A、B两组SAP、DAP、HR在T2 高于T1 (P <0 0 5 ) ,T3 时降至正常 ,B组在T2 时SAP、DAP、HR均低于对照组A组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;A、B两组ACTH、F在T2 、T3 高于T1 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1 )。但B组在T2 、T3 时低于对照组A组 (P <0 0 5或 0 0 1 )。结论围手术期实行心理干预 ,能有效地减轻病人的应激反应更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on stress responses in patients during open-heart surgery.Methods Sixty patients scheduled for heart surgery were randomly allocated to one of the two groups: A?B. Each group was thirty cases. In group A patients received regular nursing. In group B patients received psychological intervention during operation. Venous blood samples were obtained before psychological intervention (1d before operation)(T 1), Before induction of anesthesia (T 2) and 3 d after operation (T 3) for determination of plasma adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and kendall’s compound (F) Results Plasma ACTH?F in group B were significantly lower than those in group A at T 2 and T 3 ( P <0.05).BP?HR were higher in group A than those in group B at T 2 . Conclusions Psychological intervention can effectively relieve stress responses during cardiac surgical procedures.更多还原
