【摘要】 目的探讨健康教育对血液透析患者生存质量的影响。方法将 4 9例血液透析患者随机分成两组 ,观察组 2 4例 ,对照组 2 5例 ,观察组在常规治疗护理基础上进行全面系统的健康教育 ,而对照组仅做常规的治疗护理 ,1 2个月后 ,比较两组患者的生存质量指标 (SF 36 )。结果观察组生存质量明显提高 (P <0 0 1 )。结论全面系统的健康教育 ,可明显提高血液透析患者的生存质量更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of health education on the quality of life maintenance hemodialysis patients. Method 49 cases of patients with maintenance hemodialysis patients was randomly divided into two groups, 24 cases in observation group, and 25 cases in control group. Complete health education, conventional therapy and nursing care were carried out in observation group. Convemional therapy and nursing care were given for control group. Quality of life marks were compared between the two after 12 months. Result quality of life in observation was significantly higher than that of control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Quality of life for patients with hemodialysis were significantly increased after complete health education.更多还原
