热浸渗稀土(La)铝钢在含H2S介质下的耐蚀性研究

【摘要】 研究了添加稀土La对热浸渗铝钢渗层组织和含H2 S水介质下耐蚀性的影响 ,结果表明 ,随着La含量的增加 ,渗层中富铝层增厚 ,其耐蚀性逐渐提高 .添加 0 8mass %La的渗层的耐蚀性最好约为不加La的 3倍

【Abstract】 The influence of rare earth lanthanum on the microstructure of hot dip aluminizing coating on carbon steel and its corrosion resistance in H 2S solution were studied. The results show that the aluminum rich layer in the coating becomes thicker with the increase of the rare earth content in the bath. The corrosion resistance is enhanced when rare earth is added.The hot dip coating with 0 8% rare earth possesses the best corrosion resistance and it is about 3 times as much as that of without rare earth.
