磁阻法在大气腐蚀研究中的应用
PRIMARY STUDY OF ATMOSPHERIC CORROSION BY RELUCTANCE METHOD
【摘要】 用MICROCOR磁阻探针腐蚀速度快速测试系统研究碳钢在不同相对湿度和盐雾浓度中的早期大气腐蚀行为,实现模拟大气环境下金属腐蚀速度的快速检测,结果表明:在同一盐雾浓度下,相对湿度越高,1018碳钢平均腐蚀速度越大;相对湿度较低时,盐雾浓度对碳钢腐蚀影响较小,相对湿度较高时,影响较大。
【Abstract】 A MICROCOR reluctance probe for rapid measuring corrosion rate, which is based on the determination of metal loss through the measurement of the reluctance change of the probe, is used to study the early stage’s atmospheric corrosion of carbon steel in atmosphere with different relative humidity and composition of saline fog, and thus to realize a quick measurement of metal corrosion in simulate atmospheric conditions. The results showed the higher the relative humidity is, the greater the average corrosion rate is when the composition of saline fog is the same. The influence of concentration of saline fog on the corrosion of 1018 carbon steel is relatively small when relative humidity is low. However, the influence is notable when relative humidity is high.
