X70管线钢在模拟近中性土壤介质中的电化学特性
ELECTROCHEMICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF X70 PIPELINE STEEL IN A SYNTHETIC NEAR NEUTRAL SOIL SOLUTION
【摘要】 研究了X70管线钢在模拟近中性土壤介质中的电化学行为,结果表明:模拟近中性土壤介质中溶解的C02会显著加速X70管线钢的腐蚀速度;阴极过程存在H+和H2O以及H2CO3、HCO3-的还原反应;但以HCO3-和H2CO3的还原为主,H+的还原反应不占主导因素。
【Abstract】 The electrochemical behavior of X70 pipeline steel in a synthetic near neutral soil solution is investigated. Experimental results indicate that solute of CO2 can accelerate the corrosion rate of X70 pipeline steel in the synthetic near neutral soil solution. There are reduction reactions of H+, H2O, H2CO3 and HCO3- involved in the cathodic reaction process. And the reductions of H2CO3 and HCO3-are the dominant reactions in the cathodic reaction process, and the reduction of H+ is less important.
